These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sentiwise website and services (“Service”) provided by Sentiwise Ltd (“Sentiwise”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sentiwise provides an AI-powered decision guide for products and places by retrieving and processing publicly available data and by generating AI-inferred guidance based on listing context where applicable. Users may only use the Service for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. Any misuse — including but not limited to automated scraping, unauthorized access, tampering with the Service, or attempting to bypass usage limits — is strictly prohibited. All source data remains the property of the respective third-party platforms.
Registered users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for using the platform within its intended purpose.
Each account must belong to a real person and cannot be shared.
If a user likes their own submitted review, it will be linked to their personal dashboard. This helps associate the review with the original query
and ensures it is visible as part of the user's contribution.
Your personal dashboard displays a real-time summary of your query activity and balance. Here's what each section means:
These figures are continuously updated and reflect your overall activity and contribution to the platform.
Each search and analysis is subject to the rules below.
Balance requirement: A positive query balance is required to perform searches on Sentiwise (Google or Amazon).
Decision Guide usage: The Decision Guide is a guided flow of up to 5 steps. Completing a full guide session deducts 1 query. If you leave the guide before completion, no query is deducted.
For Google Places: Public customer reviews are retrieved and analyzed using AI to provide sentiment insights.
Queries are consumed only when a valid analysis completes.
For Amazon Products: AI analyzes the product listing context (e.g., title, description, category cues) to infer likely strengths,
weaknesses, and a predicted sentiment score — without retrieving individual Amazon reviews. Queries are consumed only when a valid analysis completes.
Valid vs. invalid searches:
After 10 invalid searches (Google or Amazon combined), 1 query is deducted automatically.
For both Google and Amazon, you may submit one original review associated with each analysis (where available). These user-submitted reviews may be included in the Review Pool and may influence bonus query rewards if liked by others.
Current pricing for queries (no expiry): €9.99 for 20 queries and €19.99 for 50 queries.
All content, AI analyses, and design are the property of Sentiwise. Reuse, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
Abuse of the like system, repeated violations, or disrespectful behavior may result in account restriction or termination.
We may revise these Terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.
Sentiwise provides non-tangible, digital services in the form of query packages and analysis features.
Once a query package is purchased and credited to your account, it is considered delivered and non-refundable —
even if partially or fully unused. We do not offer refunds for any digital products or queries delivered.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital service and waive any right to withdrawal under consumer protection laws regarding digital content.
Sentiwise relies on third-party providers such as OpenAI, Google APIs and others to power certain functionalities, including analysis, search results, and hosting services.
While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitations, downtimes, outages, or pricing changes from these third-party platforms may temporarily impact the availability or performance of Sentiwise’s features.
Sentiwise is not liable for any delays, errors, or unavailability resulting from issues related to third-party services beyond our direct control.
At Sentiwise, we prioritize the authenticity and reliability of user-submitted reviews. To safeguard the platform from spam, manipulation, and misleading inputs, the following integrity checks may be enforced:
